Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the piso88 website located at piso88.vip, including all associated services, games, features, content, and functionality offered by piso88 (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the piso88 Platform.

By accessing the piso88 Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

Account Registration

To access the full range of piso88 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

piso88 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by piso88 may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piso88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. piso88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify piso88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All activities conducted through your piso88 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility. piso88 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your account as having been authorized by you.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on piso88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). piso88 supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your piso88 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. piso88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your piso88 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. piso88 reserves the right to return funds to the source account and suspend your account if a third-party deposit is detected.

piso88 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. Unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your piso88 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. piso88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are detailed in Section 6.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• piso88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. piso88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

piso88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, piso88 will notify you and may request additional documentation to resolve the matter.

Bonuses & Promotions

piso88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus terms apply to all piso88 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• piso88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the piso88 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable through any communication feature on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the piso88 Platform.

piso88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the piso88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of piso88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the piso88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from piso88.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any piso88 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of piso88 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by piso88 and its licensors.

Responsible Gaming

Player Protection Tools

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piso88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the piso88 Platform or any content, services, or features thereof.

Without limiting the foregoing, piso88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond piso88's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or other information displayed on the Platform, provided that piso88 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

The piso88 Platform and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, piso88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

piso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if piso88 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to piso88, other users, or the integrity of the Platform.
• piso88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, piso88 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is involved.

You may close your piso88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard piso88 rules.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applies to the operation of piso88 and the services offered on the Platform.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall limit piso88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

piso88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, piso88 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the piso88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
